Musco Lighting is a proud supporter of Iowa schools. Our Spirit Spotlight contest celebrates athletic achievement and opportunities for students to experience, enjoy, and grow from participation in extracurricular activities.

*The contest is currently closed but will reopen during the Iowa Girls and Boys Basketball Tournaments in March 2026. Stay tuned for your chance to nominate and win!

Musco Lighting solutions enhance the gameday experience for players, coaches, spectators, and supporters. Our team-first culture creates an environment where everybody can make a difference. Similarly, the Spirit Spotlight contest highlights the contributions of everyone – on the court, in the bleachers, and back home. It captures community pride and the magical, life-long memories created for all involved in high school athletics.

Additional Programs for Iowa Schools

Musco is proud to support the Iowa High School Athletic Association’s (IHSAA) Achieve Program that honors the achievements of the past and inspires achievements of the future in Iowa high school activities.

Achieve

  • This program has taken on the mission of the Iowa Hall of Pride with an online collection of sports records, video archives, and more.
  • Achieve supports student leaders statewide. This is highlighted by the work of the Iowa Association of Student Councils, which serves thousands of Iowa student leaders and their communities.
  • Achieve also supports the annual Governor’s Scholar, workshops to foster leadership development, the IHSAA Student Advisory Committee, a program on bullying and gender violence prevention, and several other activities.

Achieve Together

Musco is honored to support the IHSAA’s Achieve Together Program that enhances youth attendance at IHSAA championships. Achieve Together offers complimentary tickets at the boys championship events in football, basketball, wrestling, track & field, and soccer.
