He joined Musco in May 2025 with a background in commercial real estate and finance, bringing experience guiding complex capital projects from concept through completion.
Carl also has a long personal history with Musco, including early experiences on jobsites and volunteering to help install lighting at his own high school baseball and softball fields. Those experiences showed him how lighting can transform sports facilities into true community gathering places, and he takes pride in helping create safer environments where people can play, compete, and make lasting memories
