Since opening in 2025, Crossroads Sports Complex in New Lenox, Illinois, has attracted teams from nearly every U.S. state. Musco’s LED lighting solutions support activity from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., helping maximize field use across multiple sports. The complex is projected to welcome more than 277,000 visitors and generate $12 million in economic impact in 2026.

Meet Your Representatives
Bill brings more than 25 years of sales and management experienceto his role as a Musco field representative in southern Illinois. His careerhas spanned industries that influence how facilities are built, insulated,and experienced, giving him a practical understanding of engineeredand energy‑efficient solutions that support long‑term performance.
At Musco, Bill helps athletic directors, municipal leaders, and other project stakeholders to make more informed and confident decisions—ultimately leading to safer, more reliable, and more enjoyable sports venues.
As a Musco representative in northern Illinois and parts of Chicagoland, Ben helps communities and organizations to enhance their sports and recreation facilities with high-quality LED lighting solutions. Ben played baseball at Western Michigan University while earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees in sports and fitness administration/management.
Prior to joining Musco, he gained valuable experience with an organization that scouts talent for amateur baseball teams at the high school, junior college, and college level. He joined the Musco team as a regional sales associate in November 2024 before transitioning to his current role in September 2025
